सन् १८१५ को डिसेम्बर २ का दिन भएकाे सुगौली सन्धिले हडपेका जमिन निम्नानुसार छन।
सन्धिकाे धारा ३ मा यस्तो लेखिएको छ ।
First. – The whole of the low lands between the rivers Kali and Rapti.
Second – The whole of low lands ( with the exception of Bootwul Khass ) lying between Rapti and Ganduck.
Third – The whole of the low lands between Gunduck and Coosah (Koshi), in which the authority of the British Government has been introduced, or is in actual course of introduction.
Fourthly. – All the low lands between the Rivers Mitchee and the Teestah.
Fifth. – All the territories within the hills eastward of the River Mitchee including the fort and lands of Nagree and the Pass of Nagarcote leading from Morung into the hills, together with the territory lying between that pass and nagree. The aforesaid territory shall be evacuated by the Gorkha troops within forty days from this date.
धारा ५ मा यस्तो लेखिएको छ ः—
The Rajha of Nipal renounces for himself, his heirs, and successors, all claim to or connexion with the countries lying to the West of the River Kali, and engages never to have any concern with those countries or the inhabitants thereof.
सुगाैली सन्धि लगायतका सबै पुराना सन्धि खारेज गर्दै नेपाल र भारतका बीचमा भएकाे सन् १९५० काे मैत्री सन्धिकाे धारा ८ मा यस्ताे लेखिएका छ ।
So far as matters dealt with herein are concerned, the treaty cancels all previous treaties agreements, and engagements entered into on behalf of India between the British government and the government of Nepal
त्यस्तै गरी सुगाैली सन्धि लगायतका सबै पुराना सन्धि खारेज गर्दै नेपाल र बेलायत सरकार बीचमा भएकाे सन् १९५० काे मैत्री सन्धिकाे धारा ८ मा यस्ताे लेखिएका छ ।
All previous Treaties, Agreements,and Engements,since and including the Treaty of Segowlie of One Thousand Eight Hundred and Fiften, which have been concluded between the two Governments are hereby conformed, except so far as they may be altered by the present Treaty.
अब.नेपाली नागरिकहरुले भन्नु हाेस हाम्रा देशकाे सीमाना कता कता हाे भनेर। अब पनि शासकनेताहरुले अाफ्नाे गुमेकाे भुभाग फिर्ता गर्ने तिर नलागी जनतालार्इ गुमराहमा राखेर भारत र भारतीयकाे दलाली गरेर घुँडा टेक्दै शत्ताकालागि मात्रै झुत्तिखेल्न मिल्छ मिल्दैन।
